Support trial attorneys in high-profile plaintiff personal-injury litigation: manage calendars, e-file in state and federal courts, prepare documents and trial/hearing materials, schedule depositions, coordinate travel, process expenses, and assist team members while maintaining confidentiality and firm policies.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior legal assistants and trial attorneys in plaintiff personal injury litigation: manage calendars, e-filing and docketing, prepare and proof legal documents, schedule depositions, assist with trial preparation, coordinate travel, handle calls and expense reports, maintain confidentiality, and support team workflow in a fast-paced environment.
