Join ARNE's retail team as a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, deliver exceptional in-store service, recommend products, handle enquiries and after-sales, operate tills, support loss prevention, maintain visual standards, and work with the team to achieve sales targets. Support and execute data-led CRM across email, SMS, push and direct mail using Klaviyo. Build segments, run campaigns and A/B tests, report performance, gather customer insight, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, retention and lifetime value.

Lead and execute paid social strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Plan, run, and optimise campaigns and budgets across markets, analyse performance to surface insights, run structured testing, and collaborate with creative and data teams to scale social-first content and support product launches and peak trading periods.

Lead and execute paid search strategy to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue. Manage and optimise Google campaigns and budgets, analyse performance and run tests, collaborate with marketing and data teams, maintain tracking and reporting, and support product launches and peak trading periods while developing paid search capabilities.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create visual content, ensure brand consistency, and evolve ARNE's visual identity while maintaining high design standards across digital and print channels.

Lead and execute ARNE's content strategy across channels, manage and develop the content team, plan digital calendars, run photoshoots and campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and use data and trends to optimise creative for engagement and commercial performance.

The Brand Manager will elevate ARNE's womenswear presence, manage social media, influencer partnerships, and execute VIP initiatives while ensuring brand consistency.
