Manage ecommerce search, visual merchandising, content, product categorization, navigation, and product launches across ARNE’s website and mobile app. Use Shopify and analytics tools to optimize product discovery, customer journeys, conversion, and onsite SEO. Coordinate with merchandising, content, creative, studio, product, data, and SEO teams while reporting on performance metrics and implementing improvements.

Serve as the face of ARNE in its upcoming Leeds store by welcoming customers, providing product recommendations, handling enquiries and after-sales support, processing purchases and refunds, supporting loss prevention, and contributing to sales targets and visual standards. The role requires strong communication, customer service, point-of-sale, cash-handling, organisational, and teamwork skills, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Edit and retouch high-volume product, model, footwear, apparel, accessory, still-life, and campaign imagery for ecommerce, digital marketing, and social channels. Responsibilities include colour correction, clipping, resizing, alignment, invisible mannequin retouching, batch processing, asset organisation, and adherence to detailed brand guidelines while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
