Join ARNE's retail team as a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, deliver exceptional in-store service, recommend products, handle enquiries and after-sales, operate tills, support loss prevention, maintain visual standards, and work with the team to achieve sales targets. The role requires retail/sales experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Support the Performance Marketing team to set up, launch, optimise and monitor paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Analyse performance, assist with audience and creative testing, manage budgets and reporting, coordinate creative assets, and provide general marketing and administrative support to drive ecommerce growth and brand awareness.

Manage and optimise paid search campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and customer acquisition. Support campaign setup, daily account management, performance analysis, testing, budget pacing, reporting, and cross-team coordination to improve ROAS and CPA.
