Manage daily accounts receivable tasks including cash posting, reconciliations, collections, aging reports, customer account maintenance, month-/year-end AR close support, audit documentation, and cross‑department dispute resolution to reduce DSO and improve AR processes.

Provide end-to-end pre-bid support and opportunity qualification for channel partners in West India. Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, build value propositions and ROI/DEVA models, mine project leads, run weekly partner reviews and walkbacks, and report funnel health to accelerate channel-led conversions.

Design and manage control systems including panel hardware, electrical schematics, PLC/HMI software, and technical documentation. Oversee design revisions, engineering change control, BOM traceability, NPI, DFMA/VA/VE, FAT/SAT, production support, NCR management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost-effective, manufacturable solutions.

Perform daily banking entries, prepare journal entries and cost allocations, assist with balance sheet reconciliations, support KPIs and budget planning, help with audits, sales tax filings, and AP/AR tasks, and complete ad-hoc financial analyses.

Provide project administrative and document control support across the project lifecycle: maintain, version-control, categorize and distribute technical documents, configure and audit DMS, update JIRA templates, support project reporting (Power BI), liaise with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and training.

Support channel partners across South India with pre-bid qualification, CRM hygiene, ROI/DEVA presentations, product selection, lead mining, and opportunity management to improve funnel health and win rates. Drive weekly partner cadence, walkbacks, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate channel-led project sales.

Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical; manage BOMs and PLM data; support testing, validation, and design standardization for manufacturing-ready products.

Drive supplier quality by qualifying and auditing suppliers, leading corrective actions, supporting APQP/PPAP/FAI activities, reviewing drawings and GD&T, and implementing continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce defects and ensure components meet engineering and regulatory standards.

Work with global stakeholders to gather requirements, map current and future-state processes, design prototypes (Power Automate/Power Apps), support ERP initiatives and integrations, build dashboards and reports, execute UAT, and drive automation and process improvements aligned to project timelines.

Lead regional sales and channel activities to drive revenue and profit growth for commercial HVAC, plumbing, and service markets. Develop and execute territory strategies, cultivate relationships with reps, consulting engineers, contractors, and end users, support project lifecycle from specification to startup, use CRM to track activities, and expand service network. Requires frequent travel and technical HVAC chilled-water expertise.

Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines to produce parts to drawings, edit/verify programs, perform inspections with precision instruments, maintain tooling, follow preventative maintenance and safety procedures, and assist continuous improvement efforts.

Design and deliver compliant electrical systems for modular HVAC and packaged plant rooms. Produce SLDs, cable calculations, load schedules, and protective device studies using Trimble Pro Design or equivalent. Ensure compliance with BS 7671, IEC and EU/UK directives, perform peer reviews, liaise with mechanical/controls/manufacturing teams, maintain design documentation, and support procurement and production through design clarification and change control.

Provide pre-bid support and qualify channel opportunities across North and East India; maintain CRM accuracy; build value propositions, ROI/DEVA models, and project trackers; generate leads from global databases; run partner cadence, walkbacks, and reporting to improve funnel conversion and accelerate channel-led growth.

Lead national energy-upgrade sales strategy across building, manufacturing and data center sectors. Identify retrofit opportunities, perform audits and technical designs, build techno-commercial proposals, manage key accounts, lead cross-functional delivery, and validate project M&V to drive energy savings, decarbonization, and long-term revenue growth.

Lead specification-focused sales across NE England and Scotland, building relationships with consultants, owners and developers to position Armstrong as Basis of Design. Target high-value markets (design-build, district energy, data centres), support projects from early design through delivery, use technical consultative selling, manage CRM pipeline, deliver CPDs and reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive specification growth.
