Leads national energy-upgrade strategy and sales execution across building, manufacturing, and data-center sectors in North and East India. Identifies retrofit and decarbonization opportunities, conducts energy audits, designs HVAC and pumping solutions, develops techno-commercial proposals, manages strategic accounts, and oversees opportunities through closure and delivery. Coordinates engineering, service, digital, offering, and factory teams while validating energy savings and driving long-term revenue growth.

Provides document control, ERP administration, and project coordination support throughout the project lifecycle. Maintains accurate project records, technical submissions, revisions, approvals, customer deliverables, and archives. Supports project setup, scheduling, status reporting, meetings, customer communication, shipment readiness, and closeout. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, project managers, and customers while improving document workflows, systems, data integrity, and compliance processes.

Leads the technical support team and oversees helpdesk service delivery, incident resolution, SLAs, user training, and support performance. Manages IT budgets, vendors, cybersecurity compliance, infrastructure deployments, policies, and hardware, software, and network support. Partners with business stakeholders to improve user satisfaction, technical adoption, service efficiency, and root-cause resolution across facility operations.
