Manage the P&L and lifecycle of heat transfer and expansion system offerings. Drive market and product strategy through VOC/VOS, competitive analysis, business cases, pricing, roadmaps, launches, marketing, channel alignment, and operations collaboration to meet revenue, margin, and inventory goals.

Assemble booster systems per engineering drawings and work instructions. Cut, drill, tap, thread, and pipe assemblies; install pumps, motors, valves, wiring, and control panels. Troubleshoot assembly issues, record production activity, verify quality, and follow safety and manufacturing procedures.
