Leads manufacturing process optimization, lean initiatives, product and process development, welding capability, engineering changes, quality and safety improvements. The role analyzes production flow, reduces bottlenecks, supports new product introductions, develops routings and control plans, reviews engineering drawings, and collaborates with technical, quality, procurement, and production teams to improve throughput, first-time quality, on-time delivery, and sustainability.

Provides document control and administrative support for the Service Department. Responsibilities include compiling O&M manuals, maintaining electronic records and version control, coordinating billing and order-book updates, supporting urgent parts and service turnaround, creating and auditing service jobs, scheduling, reporting, and resolving documentation or process issues across internal teams and customers.

Leads the global talent, learning, performance, succession, and leadership development strategy. Designs scalable programs, manages talent reviews and performance cycles, develops learning academies, builds analytics and dashboards, partners with executives and HR teams, and oversees governance, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple geographies.
