Partners with factory leadership to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, attendance, performance, compensation, labor relations, employee welfare, statutory compliance, audits, and workplace safety. Develops HR policies and initiatives aligned with manufacturing and business objectives, supports employee engagement and capability building, manages grievances and disciplinary processes, and ensures compliant administration across the plant.

Lead the electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (EICA) design for industrial/process projects. Produce and approve schematics, SLDs, cable schedules, load calculations and technical specifications. Manage and mentor electrical design engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, support procurement, FAT/SAT, commissioning and site installation, and ensure compliance with BS 7671 and other regulations while maintaining revision control and documentation.

Manage the full lifecycle of a fire-safety product portfolio across Continental Europe. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap and P&L ownership, market research, product development, regulatory compliance, certifications, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, customer engagement, and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams.
