Coordinates MRB activities, audits, first article evaluations, supplier and customer issue resolution, and process improvements using Six Sigma and 8D methods. Analyzes statistical data, supports corrective actions, and may provide quality training.

Leads the Human Resources department and oversees recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, compliance, and policy development. Supervises HR, Security, and Administrative staff, advises leadership, manages employment-related claims, administers performance and benefits programs, and serves as Assistant Facility Security Officer. Requires extensive HR leadership experience, government-contractor manufacturing experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and SPHR, PHR, or GPHR certification.

Leads strategic business development and capture activities across aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial manufacturing markets. Builds executive customer relationships, develops qualified opportunity pipelines, secures complex manufacturing contracts, and expands strategic accounts. Coordinates with engineering, operations, estimating, program management, and finance teams on proposals and contract transitions. Develops alliances with prime contractors and manufacturing partners while managing domestic and international sales representatives. The role targets revenue growth, contract awards, backlog expansion, customer retention, and market growth.
