Lead and deliver complex DoD EMD programs from award through production, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Oversee cross-functional teams, EVMS, IMS/IMP, design reviews, T&E, LRIP transition, compliance with FAR/DFARS/DoD 5000-series, and support proposals and customer briefings. Requires defense industry experience and US citizenship.

Prepare and set up CNC machines for production runs: follow dispatch lists, install and align tooling and fixtures, program offsets, validate tooling and parameters, monitor and troubleshoot machine operations, read blueprints, ensure safety and quality, and support operators with technical guidance.

Provide administrative and operational support for business development and marketing: maintain CRM and opportunity trackers, coordinate proposals and capture activities, manage customer engagement and events, maintain marketing collateral and website/social updates, support trade show logistics, produce reports, and assist leadership with special projects and awards submissions.
