Leads strategic business development and capture activities across aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial manufacturing markets. Builds executive customer relationships, develops qualified opportunity pipelines, secures complex manufacturing contracts, and expands strategic accounts. Coordinates with engineering, operations, estimating, program management, and finance teams on proposals and contract transitions. Develops alliances with prime contractors and manufacturing partners while managing domestic and international sales representatives. The role targets revenue growth, contract awards, backlog expansion, customer retention, and market growth.

Develops and maintains EHS policies, compliance calendars, audits, inspections, hazard assessments, training, behavioral safety programs, records, reports, and safety KPIs. Supports environmental hazard reduction, return-to-work programs, investigations, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a safe workplace and regulatory compliance.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and workflows to transition new products to production. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Materials, and suppliers on manufacturability, engineering change orders, BOM/ERP maintenance, inspection criteria, RCCA, and production support within an ISO9001/AS9100D environment.
