The EHS Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, conduct audits, provide training, and support regulatory compliance efforts. This position also involves leading safety initiatives and collaborating with teams to foster a strong safety culture.

Prepare and set up CNC machines for production runs: follow dispatch lists, install and align tooling and fixtures, program offsets, validate tooling and parameters, monitor and troubleshoot machine operations, read blueprints, ensure safety and quality, and support operators with technical guidance.

Manage daily HR operations, lead HR team, recruit and onboard talent, resolve employee relations issues, ensure legal compliance, oversee performance reviews, administer benefits and payroll oversight, run training and safety programs to support organizational goals and culture.
