Lead a QA Engineering team embedded with product pods to own test strategy, automation, shift-left practices, and quality sign-off. Architect and operate agentic QA pipelines (Claude Code, Kiro, Codex), manage QA delivery, partner with dev/PM/DevOps, hire and grow engineers, and own quality metrics and risk mitigation across the product surface.

Own Sales Ops functions including Salesforce admin and data quality, dashboards and forecasting, Deal Desk (contract/DocuSign/invoicing), channel/PRM administration, partner enablement, renewals coordination, and commission/rebate support to ensure accurate pipeline and revenue operations.

The role involves developing and maintaining Java applications with Spring Boot, collaborating with front-end developers, troubleshooting problems, and supporting internal training efforts.

Lead account-based outreach in a region to identify high-potential customers, run multi-channel prospecting, book meetings with decision-makers, support technical discovery and proof-of-value, collaborate with marketing and regional stakeholders, and document all activity in the CRM.
