Facilitates the Operation Hero program for military children by developing lesson plans, managing the program space, and ensuring student safety. Responsible for documentation and communication with parents and staff.

The Program Lead facilitates youth enrichment programs, manages administrative tasks, and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure program goals are met.

Lead design and implementation of scalable financial systems, automated workflows, and internal controls. Build complex financial models and executive dashboards, perform reconciliations and general ledger tasks, resolve accounting issues, maintain SOPs and documentation, drive data integrity and process improvements, and partner cross-functionally. Travel up to 20% to support branches and implementations.

Steward awarded grants through full post-award lifecycle: ensure compliance with funder requirements, monitor program performance and budgets, produce financial and narrative reports, maintain records and reporting systems, liaise with funders and program teams, support training, and analyze data to demonstrate impact and improve program outcomes.

Assist the lead teacher in delivering an early learning preschool program (morning/closing circles, learning centers, desk work). Prepare materials, maintain classroom order and safety, complete attendance and lesson plan paperwork, communicate child development with parents, follow child abuse reporting procedures, attend trainings, and support preschool-age children—with sensitivity to military family needs.

Facilitate a ten-week Operation Hero afterschool program for eight elementary-aged military children. Complete tutorial, develop and submit weekly lesson plans, prepare materials, maintain records, ensure a safe space, attend meetings, follow YMCA values, and complete required documentation and reporting.

Facilitate a ten-week afterschool Operation Hero program for eight elementary-aged military children. Prepare lesson plans, materials, attendance and incident reports, maintain a safe classroom, coordinate with the Branch Director, incorporate YMCA core values, and attend weekly meetings. Commit to program schedule and deliver low-cost snacks per guidelines.

Facilitate a ten-week after-school Operation Hero program for eight elementary-aged military-connected children. Prepare lesson plans, materials, attendance and behavior logs, maintain a safe space, coordinate snacks, attend meetings, and submit documentation while incorporating YMCA core values.

Serve as a substitute facilitator delivering curriculum-based activities for children, ensuring safety, supervising participants, performing health checks, reporting incidents or suspected abuse, preparing supplies, documenting attendance, attending trainings, promoting ASYMCA programs, and supporting community relations while maintaining program policies and confidentiality.
