Assists Pre-K teachers during lunch breaks, supervises children during classroom, lunch, playground, and nap activities, and supports age-appropriate learning experiences. Maintains a safe, inclusive classroom environment, follows curriculum and licensing requirements, records attendance, communicates with families and staff, and manages student behavior. Also performs front-desk duties including answering phones and greeting visitors. Requires compliance with background and health screenings, CPR and First Aid certification, basic office technology skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding childcare tasks.

Provides administrative support for programs, including volunteer coordination, scheduling, customer service, event planning, communications, clerical work, supply management, and project assistance. Answers phones, prepares correspondence and presentations, supervises volunteers and event support staff, and drives a van to transport goods. The role requires occasional travel within El Paso County, evening or weekend availability, and independent work with diverse community groups.

Facilitates a 12-week program for at-risk elementary school children in grades 2–5. Delivers prepared lessons, incorporates core values, maintains attendance and behavior records, communicates with directors, prepares classroom materials, follows child-abuse reporting procedures, manages snacks and supplies, and supports graduation activities. Requires participation in training, meetings, and occasional special events.
