Owns DevOps technical direction, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, security, and operational processes. Makes architecture and technology decisions, establishes engineering standards, validates code, troubleshoots production issues, and drives scalable, secure, observable solutions. Leads technical execution, mentors DevOps engineers, identifies risks, supports continuous improvement, and builds effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native software and AI projects on AWS, translating requirements into scalable architectures, managing Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing LLM/RAG/vector-search/AI agent solutions, overseeing DevOps/CI-CD and IaC, and producing technical proposals, SoWs, and architecture documentation.

Lead client discovery and consult on technical/business needs, develop proposals and solution decks, collaborate on high-level architecture with solution architects, research Cloud/Data/GenAI trends, and coordinate across sales and delivery for successful pre-sales engagement.
