Leads the Foodbank’s finance department and oversees accounting operations, reconciliations, payroll, payables, receivables, budgeting, grants, reporting, audits, internal controls, compliance, metrics, and staff management. Partners with the CFO on financial strategy, annual budgeting, external audits, restricted funds, and operational improvements while ensuring confidentiality, accurate reporting, and timely completion of financial processes.

Manages accounts payable activities, including electronic purchase orders, invoice coding, payment processing, vendor records, new vendor applications, and vendor inquiries. Maintains accurate financial and administrative records, prepares monthly activity reports, supports remote check deposits, and performs general office duties. Requires collaboration, organization, independent judgment, and adherence to fiscal controls and deadlines.

Develop and manage a targeted portfolio of 150–175 prospective major donors ($5,000+), build relationships, solicit and steward gifts, meet revenue and activity goals, track interactions in the donor database, create engagement/solicitation plans, collaborate with leadership and volunteers, prepare solicitation materials, and support development team activities and campaigns.

Develops and maintains spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools; coordinates recurring reporting workflows and survey data management; ensures data integrity through validation and cleanup; supports large-scale data initiatives, grant reporting, and partner training; analyzes trends to inform strategy and program improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
