Process and enter all gifts into the donor database accurately and securely, manage data integrity and matching gifts, generate donor and revenue reports, support event attendee and mail processing, respond to donor inquiries, and provide administrative and front-desk backup for the Development team.

Develop and manage a targeted portfolio of 150–175 prospective major donors ($5,000+), build relationships, solicit and steward gifts, meet revenue and activity goals, track interactions in the donor database, create engagement/solicitation plans, collaborate with leadership and volunteers, prepare solicitation materials, and support development team activities and campaigns.

Support and counsel partner agencies through compliance monitoring, site visits, technical assistance, and relationship-building. Maintain agency records, assist program implementation, provide training and reports, and ensure food safety standards (including ServSafe) are met while traveling frequently across Arkansas.

Develops and maintains spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools; coordinates recurring reporting workflows and survey data management; ensures data integrity through validation and cleanup; supports large-scale data initiatives, grant reporting, and partner training; analyzes trends to inform strategy and program improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
