Develops and maintains spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools; coordinates recurring reporting workflows and survey data management; ensures data integrity through validation and cleanup; supports large-scale data initiatives, grant reporting, and partner training; analyzes trends to inform strategy and program improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Develop and manage a targeted portfolio of 150–175 prospective major donors ($5,000+), build relationships, solicit and steward gifts, meet revenue and activity goals, track interactions in the donor database, create engagement/solicitation plans, collaborate with leadership and volunteers, prepare solicitation materials, and support development team activities and campaigns.

Coordinate and oversee Food for Kids and Food for Seniors programs, provide partner onboarding and training, ensure compliance, perform site visits, deliver nutrition education, manage records and grant-related documentation, and travel extensively across the state.
