Coordinates clinical trials and research studies by supporting protocol implementation, participant recruitment and enrollment, study visits, investigational product accountability, data integrity, regulatory documentation, adverse event reporting, and compliance with IRB, FDA, GCP, privacy, and safety standards.

Creates and edits medical notes and reports for physicians, gathers outside medical records, scans documents into the EHR, communicates with patients and providers, and verifies medical terminology, accuracy, grammar, and completeness of clinical documentation.

Provides strategic, clinical, operational, and regulatory leadership for a radiation oncology medical physics program. Oversees physicists, dosimetrists, and assistants; manages radiation safety, quality assurance, equipment commissioning, calibration, compliance, accreditation readiness, and treatment delivery safety. Leads implementation of advanced radiation therapy techniques, procurement and acceptance testing of equipment, staff development, research, education, and strategic planning. Requires onsite clinical work, on-call support, troubleshooting, and travel between locations.
