Supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, HR inquiries, HRIS administration, benefits and wellness program coordination, reporting, documentation, employee communications, compliance support, and process improvement. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations while maintaining confidential records and delivering customer service to employees, managers, candidates, and external partners.

The Clinical Psychologist conducts psychological assessments and provides therapy for individuals with developmental disabilities and related disorders, while supervising practicum students and staff. They also assist in program expansion and advocate for improved access to services.
