Fuller and his co-workers always have the chance to experiment with new tech and learn from one another. The company hosts regular product showcases that give product mavens a chance to explain, in detail, how they approached a problem and delivered a solution to it. And once a month, Arity has a companywide “Learn Day” that features both internal and external speakers sharing new ideas, technologies and innovations about Arity and the industry. All of this leads to one of the most open technology cultures that Fuller has ever seen.
