Responsibilities include user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, high-fidelity Figma mockups, design systems, information architecture, journey mapping, stakeholder presentations, and reviewing implementations in staging and production. The designer will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams and contribute to product management, process improvement, and research.

Manages post-sale client relationships for PAC and advocacy technology services. Oversees project delivery, customer satisfaction, software implementation, training, technical requirements, issue resolution, retention, and upsell opportunities. Provides strategic guidance on advocacy programs, creates client communications, coordinates with technical teams, tests custom features, and represents the company at events.

Own SEO, AI search visibility, paid digital advertising, analytics, tracking, and reporting for Aristotle and PredictIt. Conduct technical SEO audits, manage campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and CTV, administer GA4 and GTM, optimize conversion performance, analyze attribution, and provide actionable recommendations to marketing, product, development, and leadership teams.
