Responsibilities include component qualification, complex schematic capture, high-speed PCB design, signal and power integrity analysis, PCB fabrication specifications, prototype bring-up, system debugging, contract manufacturer collaboration, manufacturing training, and mentoring engineers. The role focuses on 100G/200G PAM4 networking products, advanced multilayer boards, embedded systems, high-current power delivery, and FPGA-based system simulation.

Lead manufacturing readiness and NPI transfer for complex data center networking equipment, including switches, routers, and optical transport systems. Develop manufacturing processes, drive DFX reviews, plan production capacity and equipment, qualify functional test systems, and support high-volume product launches.
