Provides pre-sales technical support for enterprise and commercial customers in Western India. Partners with account teams to gather requirements, present networking solutions, design data center and campus architectures, conduct proof-of-concept testing, respond to RFPs, advise customers, support deployments, and provide product feedback. The role requires expert L2/L3 networking knowledge, routing and switching expertise, network overlays, SDN/NFV familiarity, and experience with Python and Ansible automation.

Manage manufacturing order prioritization, scheduled ship dates, customer expedite requests, fulfillment-center priorities, KPIs, and planning reports. Partner with customers, Sales, fulfillment sites, and manufacturing partners to provide order visibility, assess supply risks, meet shipping and quarter-end targets, and improve planning and scheduling processes.

Supports commercial legal operations by responding to Indian and private tenders, drafting and managing high-volume commercial agreements, coordinating contract requests, administering the contract lifecycle, and providing activity data and analytics. The role collaborates with sales, partner, and internal teams across domestic and international operations.
