Debug production networking hardware issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop corrective solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing CPU/ASIC, power, signal integrity, clocking, PCIe, optics, and component issues; supporting field escalations; writing diagnostic scripts; conducting lab measurements; modifying firmware, schematics, BOMs, and fabrication designs; identifying test escapes; and presenting findings to executives and customers.

Grow Arista sales across named enterprise accounts in the South and East Bay. Use consultative selling to address networking, hybrid cloud, data center, and security needs; engage executives and decision-makers; develop account plans; exceed sales targets; build channel and technology-partner relationships; coordinate with systems engineers and professional services; and lead demand-generation activities.

Provides senior pre-sales systems engineering support for enterprise and commercial customers in Western India. Partners with account teams to gather requirements, present networking solutions, architect data center and campus networks using leaf-spine, VXLAN, and EVPN designs, validate proof-of-concepts, respond to RFPs, recommend network improvements, support product strategy, represent Arista at industry events, and author technical white papers.
