Provides pre- and post-sales technical leadership for financial services customers. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, advising customers, supporting proofs of concept, conducting technical training and business reviews, testing solutions, answering technical questions, creating technical materials, and presenting networking solutions. Requires expertise in routing, switching, network architecture, and implementation, with approximately 10% travel in the Chicago metro area.

Manage and grow relationships across 10–15 enterprise accounts in Ontario. Exceed sales targets through consultative selling of data center, networking, cloud, SD-WAN, automation, and security solutions. Engage executives and technical stakeholders, develop account plans, cultivate channel and technology-partner relationships, coordinate with systems engineers, conduct demand-generation events, and expand existing and new-logo business.

Develop and maintain Layer1 networking software controlling physical connectivity components, including PHYs, transceivers, optics, and gearboxes. Design features, instrumentation, telemetry, automated tests, and hardware control interfaces using C, C++, and Python. Troubleshoot customer and system-test issues, optimize performance, lead projects, collaborate with hardware and manufacturing teams, and mentor junior engineers.
