Debug and root-cause production hardware issues across CPU/ASIC, power, SI, clocking, PCIe, optics and components. Perform lab measurements, collaborate with software, manufacturing, and component teams, write debug scripts, implement fixes in firmware/schematics/BOM/fab, identify test escapes, and present RCA to executives and customers.

Lead supply chain activities for liquid cooling and cold plate technologies: manage CM/ODM relationships, material planning, cost negotiations, E&O mitigation, RFQs, performance metrics, and support inventory and critical business events.

Drive product compliance for data center switches by defining EMC design guidelines, creating compliance plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting and witnessing EMC tests, troubleshooting and resolving non-compliance, documenting results, and qualifying vendors/components. Track regulatory standards and update processes to ensure international approvals.
