Coordinate and evaluate a seasonal adaptive ski and snowboard program for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include recruiting and scheduling participants, staff, and volunteers; delivering training and on-hill instruction; managing adaptive equipment; maintaining records; coordinating logistics with Labrador Mountain; conducting outreach; supporting participant independence; and gathering feedback for program improvement.

Supports administration of NHTD and TBI Medicaid waiver programs by determining participant eligibility, offering service coordinator choices, reviewing and approving service plans, monitoring quality and cost effectiveness, and addressing serious reportable incidents. Provides training and technical assistance to providers, collaborates with community transition organizations, and supports resource development for individuals with disabilities and seniors.

Supports quality management for NHTD/TBI waiver programs across an eight-county region. Responsibilities include serious incident reporting, participant record reviews, provider audits, trend analysis, corrective action plans, satisfaction surveys, service plan reviews, provider enrollment, and quarterly and annual reporting to the New York Department of Health. The role requires confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, strong communication and organizational skills, data analysis, knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs, and reliable transportation.

Part-time Direct Support Professionals provide one-to-one support for people with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Duties include mentoring, skill-building, transporting clients, supporting community activities, and using mobile apps. Role requires flexible scheduling (mornings/afternoons/early evenings), strong communication and organizational skills, and reliable transportation. Experience preferred but not required.

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of Employment Services, ensuring person-centered supports, regulatory compliance (OPWDD, ACCES-VR), employer relationships, staff supervision and evaluations, documentation in eVero, and quality/improvement activities. Serve as liaison with community employers, respond to emergencies, implement program changes, provide direct support and personal care as needed, and contribute to management planning and board reporting.

Provide direct and indirect employment supports to individuals in supported employment, prevocational, and pathway programs at the farm and community sites. Train job tasks and work behaviors, perform job development and situational assessments, document progress, liaise with employers/families/providers, provide personal care and transportation, and attend required trainings.

Coordinate person-centered assessments and support planning, acquire and implement assistive technology and adaptive equipment, liaise with participants, families, providers and vendors, maintain accurate records and program documentation, monitor outcomes, support program operations and outreach, ensure HIPAA compliance, and participate in meetings and occasional out-of-town conferences.

Provide direct and indirect employment supports to individuals in Supported Employment, Pathway to Employment, and Prevocational services. Deliver job skills training, develop work-related behaviors, document progress, and build employer relationships while assisting the Employment Services Supervisor with program implementation.
