Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of Employment Services, ensuring person-centered supports, regulatory compliance (OPWDD, ACCES-VR), employer relationships, staff supervision and evaluations, documentation in eVero, and quality/improvement activities. Serve as liaison with community employers, respond to emergencies, implement program changes, provide direct support and personal care as needed, and contribute to management planning and board reporting.

Provide direct and indirect employment supports to individuals in Supported Employment, Pathway to Employment, and Prevocational services. Deliver job skills training, develop work-related behaviors, document progress, and build employer relationships while assisting the Employment Services Supervisor with program implementation.

Provide direct and indirect employment supports to individuals with developmental disabilities: job skills training, behavior and work-readiness coaching, employer relationship building, documentation of progress, and assist supervisor in implementing employment programs.

Part-time Direct Support Professionals provide one-to-one support for people with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Duties include mentoring, skill-building, transporting clients, supporting community activities, and using mobile apps. Role requires flexible scheduling (mornings/afternoons/early evenings), strong communication and organizational skills, and reliable transportation. Experience preferred but not required.

Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits and leave programs (FMLA, PFL, STD/LTD, workers' comp, military/personal leaves). Handle enrollments, ACA monitoring, EDI feeds, open/special enrollments, benefit invoice reconciliation, unemployment claims, compliance, leave tracking, return-to-work coordination, manager education, and HR projects while maintaining confidential records and liaising with carriers and payroll.

Coordinate person-centered assessments and support planning, acquire and implement assistive technology and adaptive equipment, liaise with participants, families, providers and vendors, maintain accurate records and program documentation, monitor outcomes, support operations and outreach, and ensure HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and program compliance.

Provide direct and indirect employment supports to individuals in supported employment, prevocational, and pathway programs at the farm and community sites. Train job tasks and work behaviors, perform job development and situational assessments, document progress, liaise with employers/families/providers, provide personal care and transportation, and attend required trainings.

Serve as primary contact for new enrollments into community habilitation, respite, FSS, and Take-a-Break programs. Coordinate intake, eligibility documentation, OPWDD CHOICES functions (DDP/Drop/Add), manage intake lists, provide occasional caseload support and new-employee tech training, and complete at least 20 hours of direct service monthly.

Provide federally guaranteed advocacy for residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities within assigned regions. Manage program activities, coordinate services and community resources, perform outreach and advocacy, maintain records, and travel to nearby counties as needed.
