Leads regional sales strategy, channel development, territory planning, customer relationships, and revenue growth. Establishes sales goals, quotas, budgets, and forecasts; analyzes markets and competitors; develops key accounts; negotiates and closes business; and manages sales personnel through coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Partners cross-functionally to improve customer service and operational alignment while representing the company at trade association events.

Supports manufacturing quality by reviewing designs for manufacturability, defining critical features, conducting capability studies, resolving quality issues, and coordinating APQP activities. The role develops Control Plans and FMEA records, facilitates root-cause analysis and corrective actions, audits processes, drives continuous improvement, and partners with engineering, operations, purchasing, tooling, and customers to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.

Develops technical information and mechanical components for service parts, accessories, and attachments. Identifies suitable components and suppliers, participates in design reviews and product testing, applies DFM/DFA principles, evaluates costs, and supports failure investigations using FMEA and 8D root-cause analysis. Reviews and approves mechanical documentation, researches industry patents, and collaborates with design, manufacturing, sourcing, testing, marketing, and service teams.

Support Brillion HR with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, badges, communications, exit processing, scheduling, and HR administrative tasks. gain exposure to benefits, engagement, and cross-functional HR projects.

Create and release 3D CAD models, 2D detailed drawings, and BOMs using company CAD standards and GD&T. Participate in design reviews, collaborate with engineers, support prototypes, evaluate manufacturability, and manage parts and engineering changes via PDM/ERP systems.

Lead on-site manufacturing operations, set performance expectations, coach supervisors, drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement (Lean, CI, Six Sigma), manage resources and capital/new product projects, and oversee multiple supervisors to meet delivery and budget goals.

Lead product marketing for parts, accessories and attachments: conduct market research and competitive analysis, define 5-year roadmap, manage product lifecycle and launches, set pricing strategy, develop marketing materials, support events and trade shows, track KPIs, and lead product team members.
