Provides administrative and office support by answering calls, entering leads, preparing proposals, scheduling, filing, preparing documents, running errands, and coordinating with clients and team members. Requires strong organization, communication, time management, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and familiarity with standard office equipment.

Develops and executes marketing campaigns, promotes products, conducts market and pricing research, analyzes campaign performance and profitability, manages budgets, and leads the marketing team. Responsibilities include coordinating promotional activities and trade shows, supporting new product development, forecasting sales, recruiting and supervising staff, and developing marketing strategies aligned with market opportunities.

Coordinates photography and video assignments, schedules media work, leads project briefings, prepares creative briefs and shot lists, and plans content for social media, websites, portfolios, proposals, and campaigns. Reviews media for quality and brand consistency, manages file transfers and archives, tracks deliverables and approvals, and maintains organized project records and media libraries.
