Lead strategic community engagement and communications for renewable energy projects nationwide. Develop stakeholder plans, attend permitting/public hearings, manage budgets and local PR consultants, create materials with Communications, plan events, identify and mitigate opposition, and coordinate visual asset collection to protect Arevon's reputation and achieve project success.

Support full contract lifecycle for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects: draft, redline, reconcile, track, and manage approvals; coordinate stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams; maintain version control, contract records, templates, and trackers; prepare negotiation summaries and post-execution documentation; support continuous improvement of contracting processes and tools.

Leads technical engineering oversight for utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects. Reviews civil, structural, electrical, and high-voltage designs; develops scopes and RFP packages; manages EPC design activities; responds to technical RFIs; performs due diligence, calculations, commissioning reviews, code compliance checks, and budget estimates. Collaborates with engineering, estimating, construction, owners, and independent engineers while developing best practices and design standards. Travel to construction sites is required.

Provide high-voltage technical oversight for utility-scale PV and BESS projects from development through construction and commissioning. Lead HV design and review of substations, switchyards, gen-ties, and SCADA; develop RFPs and scopes; manage EOR/EPC contractors; perform technical due diligence, studies, and commissioning; ensure compliance with codes/standards; support estimating, project finance, and stakeholder communication.

Oversee preparation, review, and coordination of multiple sets of financial statements across complex multi-entity renewable energy structures. Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, manage reporting calendars, support audits, drive controls and process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional reporting inputs.

The Contracts Manager manages the contract lifecycle for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, leading negotiations and ensuring compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
