It requires strong communication, organization, judgment, relationship-building, and project coordination skills, with approximately 20–25% travel and occasional additional travel.

Own payroll processing in Paylocity and manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HRIS records, I-9 and E-Verify workflows, reporting, benefits support, compliance documentation, and immigration administration. Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and department leaders while providing general HR support in a multi-state organization.

Oversee preparation, review, and coordination of multiple sets of financial statements across complex multi-entity renewable energy structures. Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, manage reporting calendars, support audits, drive controls and process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional reporting inputs.

Manage and administer Arevon’s NetSuite and Salesforce-based Sitetracker platforms. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, permissions, reports, integrations, data management, release testing, AI-assisted development, GitHub-based deployments, QA, user support, and platform governance. The role prioritizes business requests, mentors administrators, coordinates with finance and operational teams, maintains documentation and controls, and measures system adoption. It requires five or more years of business systems experience, including substantial NetSuite and Salesforce administration.

Manages financial controls for renewable energy construction projects, including budgets, forecasts, cash flows, cost-to-complete analyses, variance reporting, invoices, funding draws, change orders, contingency, and project closeout. Collaborates with project management, accounting, procurement, finance, and construction teams to protect capital, monitor EPC contract compliance, assess financial risks, and support payment approvals. Requires construction project financial controls experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and retainage.

Leads Arevon’s indirect tax function across property tax, sales and use tax, abatements, appeals, audits, and controversy matters. Advises development, finance, accounting, legal, and investment teams; manages tax assumptions in financial models; oversees external providers; and develops the indirect tax team. Drives process improvements, compliance controls, and tax strategies across renewable energy and battery storage projects.

Leads project execution business enablement across EPC operations, contracts, project controls, reporting, and technology. Builds Power BI dashboards, maps and improves workflows, implements AI-enabled automation, coordinates systems such as Salesforce/Sitetracker and construction platforms, and develops SOPs, training, adoption plans, intake processes, and implementation roadmaps. Partners with senior leaders, IT, project teams, and functional stakeholders to improve compliance, visibility, consistency, and execution speed.
