Supports community engagement strategies across renewable energy projects by coordinating vendors, records, transactions, events, presentations, stakeholder research, and community partnerships. The role organizes open houses, volunteer activities, educational programs, tabling events, and project handoffs; presents approved materials to local organizations; and provides logistical and administrative support. It requires strong communication, organization, judgment, relationship-building, and project coordination skills, with approximately 20–25% travel and occasional additional travel.

Own payroll processing in Paylocity and manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HRIS records, I-9 and E-Verify workflows, reporting, benefits support, compliance documentation, and immigration administration. Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and department leaders while providing general HR support in a multi-state organization.

Oversee preparation, review, and coordination of multiple sets of financial statements across complex multi-entity renewable energy structures. Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, manage reporting calendars, support audits, drive controls and process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional reporting inputs.
