Leads project execution business enablement across EPC operations, contracts, project controls, reporting, and technology. Builds Power BI dashboards, maps and improves workflows, implements AI-enabled automation, coordinates systems such as Salesforce/Sitetracker and construction platforms, and develops SOPs, training, adoption plans, intake processes, and implementation roadmaps. Partners with senior leaders, IT, project teams, and functional stakeholders to improve compliance, visibility, consistency, and execution speed.

Support full contract lifecycle for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects: draft, redline, reconcile, track, and manage approvals; coordinate stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams; maintain version control, contract records, templates, and trackers; prepare negotiation summaries and post-execution documentation; support continuous improvement of contracting processes and tools.

Provide high-voltage technical oversight for utility-scale PV and BESS projects from development through construction and commissioning. Lead HV design and review of substations, switchyards, gen-ties, and SCADA; develop RFPs and scopes; manage EOR/EPC contractors; perform technical due diligence, studies, and commissioning; ensure compliance with codes/standards; support estimating, project finance, and stakeholder communication.
