Lead and scale a multi-market outpatient physical therapy referral network. Develop regional business development strategy, manage and mentor Brand Ambassadors, drive new patient volume growth, build provider relationships (including executive-level partnerships), monitor regional KPIs, ensure CRM/referral data integrity, and collaborate with operations and marketing to align capacity and market priorities.

Serve as the clinic's front-office representative, manage patient check-in/out, insurance verification, collections, scheduling, and EHR data entry to maximize plan-of-care adherence and clinic efficiency.
