Represents the owner throughout data center design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Coordinates clients, contractors, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders; leads meetings; tracks schedules, budgets, invoices, change orders, risks, and project documentation; prepares status reports; and supports commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.

Independently manages telecom design tasks, project schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and coordination. Supports project leads, mentors junior consultants, reviews RFIs, RFQs, submittals, and quality control materials, and coordinates BIM activities with stakeholders and MEP disciplines. Uses Deltek, Bluebeam, and Revit while participating in meetings, site visits, and client engagements.

Supports end-to-end telecom and low-voltage design projects for mission-critical buildings. Implements designs in Revit, develops families, coordinates BIM models with MEP trades, attends project meetings, manages markups in Bluebeam, and performs quality control before project delivery. The role also coordinates with designers, project managers, clients, and team members to meet scope, schedule, quality, and client expectations.

Designs and coordinates building telecom and low-voltage communication systems using Revit. Responsibilities include implementing designer and project manager plans, creating Revit families, coordinating BIM models with MEP trades, reviewing markups in Bluebeam, attending project meetings, and performing quality control on design documents before delivery. The role supports project completion, client coordination, and team communication.
