Lead the Engineering & Operations Division within the KLXS Program Office supporting NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems program. Support PMO activities, develop processes and strategy, oversee compliance and continuous improvement, mentor staff, manage recruiting and development plans, and provide technical guidance to NASA EGS leadership and internal stakeholders while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage the systems engineering and integration organization supporting NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems and Artemis missions. Lead engineering teams, oversee technical planning and execution, manage employee development and recruitment, review technical documentation, support program management, control requirements and scope, and provide engineering guidance to NASA customers and internal stakeholders. The role is onsite at Kennedy Space Center five days per week.

Manage the Systems Engineering and Integration organization supporting NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems and Artemis missions. Lead engineering teams, oversee project planning and execution, manage employees, mentor staff, recruit talent, review technical documentation, support requirements and verification activities, and provide technical guidance to NASA and internal stakeholders. The role is fully onsite at Kennedy Space Center and requires experience managing complex engineering projects across the NASA lifecycle.

Supports NASA contract business management at Kennedy Space Center through financial and business analysis, project control, PMO administration, financial reporting, resource allocation, and contract lifecycle planning and monitoring. The role supports the Program Manager, coordinates with stakeholders and customers, manages multiple functions, and serves as backup to the Business Manager.

Provide enterprise records management support for NASA, including revising policy frameworks, optimizing retention schedules, standardizing electronic records processes and platforms, implementing an agency-wide file plan, and conducting records remediation. The role requires expertise in records management, information technology, electronic records platforms, IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Box. Some physical exertion and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Provides responsive IT support across desktop hardware, software, user accounts, service desk operations, and remote support. Administers SharePoint sites, access, migrations, documentation, training, and basic solutions. Troubleshoots user issues, systems, peripherals, video conferencing, and software; manages tickets, licenses, equipment, outage communications, and VIP support while contributing to IT projects and maintaining strong customer service.

Develop and sustain SharePoint sites and solutions, configure access and governance, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support migrations and upgrades. Build scalable tools using SharePoint Online and Power Platform, provide training and documentation, track work in JIRA, and collaborate with site owners, content managers, customers, and end users on enterprise implementations.

Process semi-monthly payroll for more than 600 employees across multiple entities and 25+ states. Ensure accurate wages, deductions, taxes, filings, and regulatory compliance; reconcile payroll and general ledger records; manage garnishments and withholdings; coordinate employee data and timecards; support audits including DCAA audits; prepare reports and year-end tax documents; and improve payroll processes.

The Configuration Management Specialist manages technical and programmatic baselines for NASA flight, ground, facility, software, and documentation systems. Responsibilities include implementing NASA-compliant CM processes, coordinating engineering changes, maintaining status accounting and version control, supporting functional and physical configuration audits, managing technical records, preparing metrics, and training engineering and project personnel. The role collaborates with NASA, engineering, safety, quality, operations, and program management teams at Kennedy Space Center.

Review, test, and certify flight termination system hardware and electronics for launch vehicle operations. Ensure safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, and mission readiness through design evaluation, environmental testing, risk assessment, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Apply expertise in RF systems, command destruct receivers, high-reliability circuits, avionics, telemetry, redundancy, and applicable NASA, MIL-STD, FAA, and DO-254 requirements.

Manage the PP&C organization supporting NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems program. Lead approximately 40 employees and subcontractors across scheduling, configuration management, risk management, board support, export control, communications, and software development. Support PMO leadership, develop processes and strategies, ensure compliance and continuous improvement, provide customer and stakeholder guidance, and mentor staff through development planning and recruiting.

Provides government systems engineering oversight for complex defense and aerospace programs. Reviews contractor engineering plans, requirements, architectures, verification and validation activities, test planning, deficiency reporting, integration risks, configuration management, and technical baselines. Supports acquisition milestones, technical reviews, trade studies, interface management, and MOSA implementation across system-of-systems portfolios. Requires substantial DoD and MDAP experience, U.S. citizenship, and Secret clearance eligibility.

Supports configuration and data management for NASA’s Space Nuclear Propulsion Project, including change packages, Project Change Board materials, action tracking, records archiving, data quality assurance, SharePoint administration, CDM planning, metadata and folder structures, and controlled-data handling. Provides data management guidance, supports receipt and release activities, attends project reviews, and helps improve data management processes under the CDM Functional Lead.

Develop and maintain agile simulation scenarios, analytical tools, and scientific applications supporting aerospace defense warning and assessment systems. Analyze requirements, write and test code, develop modular GUI-based tools, document verification and validation activities, support installations, perform statistical analysis, and present results. The role collaborates with government leads, vendors, test personnel, and engineers while applying software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, system engineering, and automated testing practices.

Supports human-rating certification, system safety, reliability, and mission operations for ULA’s Centaur V upper stage on NASA’s Artemis program. Evaluates designs against human-spaceflight standards, develops hazard reports, coordinates safety approvals, maintains FMECA and PRA inputs, and supports hardware-in-the-loop simulations, integrated simulator activities, data post-processing, and crew and mission-controller training.

Conduct cybersecurity control, vulnerability, software assurance, and risk assessments supporting a ballistic missile defense program. Apply RMF concepts, perform compliance and threat analysis, conduct gap and maturity assessments, develop security documentation and reports, and support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and control development. Use tools including Nessus, Nmap, ACAS, and eMASS. The role is onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, requires an active DoD clearance, and may involve up to 10% travel.

Supports NASA contract IT purchasing compliance, procurement requests, service agreements, renewals tracking, vendor coordination, asset data maintenance, metrics, and compliance deliverables. Uses ServiceNow and business productivity tools to track CITRs, purchase requests, contracts, and renewals while coordinating with technical personnel, procurement teams, customers, and vendors. Requires accurate documentation, regulatory awareness, communication, organization, and cross-training within the Business Office.

Provides administrative and coordination support for NASA EGS program boards, panels, reviews, and working groups. Manages agendas, meeting logistics, invitations, minutes, action-item tracking, presentations, attendance records, controlled unclassified information access, and document archiving across SharePoint, TechDoc, ICE, and Wiki platforms.

Reviews, edits, and rewrites NASA policy documents, manuals, and communications to ensure clarity, consistency, grammatical quality, and adherence to style guides. Develops and publishes digital content through content management systems, coordinates reviews with subject matter experts and creative teams, integrates feedback, manages multiple priorities, and supports reporting and stakeholder communications for NASA safety and mission assurance organizations.
