Responsibilities include designing SQL Server data models, developing .NET/C# APIs, building Angular and PrimeNG interfaces, testing, debugging, database administration, GitHub-based source control, documentation, user training, and stakeholder demonstrations. The role collaborates with systems engineers and management to translate requirements into technical solutions and support project milestones.

Supports DoD software modernization by independently evaluating contractor software architecture, development, testing, documentation, and modernization strategies. Reviews requirements, designs, interfaces, algorithms, data strategies, and verification evidence; assesses risks, maintainability, performance, and lifecycle adherence.
