Conduct cybersecurity control, vulnerability, software assurance, threat, and risk assessments for complex ballistic missile defense systems. Perform research, data gathering, gap analysis, and capability maturity assessments; develop cybersecurity implementation plans and documentation. Support vulnerability assessments, control development, penetration testing, security planning, and Risk Management Framework activities while applying cybersecurity standards and assessment tools.

Provides responsive IT customer support across helpdesk channels, desktop and hardware troubleshooting, software configuration, account administration, remote support, conferencing equipment, and VIP assistance. Administers SharePoint sites, access, migrations, documentation, training, and basic user solutions. Tracks and resolves tickets, communicates outages, coordinates licenses, supports IT projects, and escalates complex issues when needed.

Review, test, and certify flight termination system hardware and electronics for launch vehicle operations. Ensure compliance with NASA, MIL-STD, FAA, and mission requirements while supporting safety, reliability, environmental testing, and risk assessments. Collaborate across disciplines on RF systems, command destruct receivers, avionics, telemetry, redundancy, and fault-tolerant architectures. The role supports range safety operations at NASA Wallops Flight Facility and may require security clearance depending on the program.
