Review, test, and certify flight termination system hardware and electronics for launch vehicle operations. Ensure compliance with NASA, MIL-STD, FAA, and mission requirements while supporting safety-critical aerospace programs. Responsibilities include RF and command destruct system evaluation, environmental testing, reliability and fault-tolerance assessment, design reviews, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Manages government prime contracts and subcontracts, including contract administration, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, compliance, and interpretation. Reviews customer terms, manages contract changes, coordinates internal and external communications, and resolves contractual issues. Requires knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Cost Plus contracts, federal contract formation, proposal preparation, and government contracting practices.

Provides technical expertise for developing, implementing, managing, and supporting IT systems and networks. Responsibilities include evaluating and optimizing IT services, managing data access, maintaining security knowledge, supporting infrastructure and videoconferencing, leading IT projects, onboarding and offboarding employees, and controlling IT assets. The role also serves as the IT point of contact for designated organizations and requires strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and independent-work skills.
