On-call teaching artists provide instruction and mentorship to high school students in music, dance, theater, writing, or visual arts. Candidates should be practicing artists committed to supporting young people and sharing their artistic expertise. A bachelor’s degree is required, while an MFA or related experience is strongly preferred.

Supports special and regular education teachers by assisting students individually or in small groups with academic, social, and physical development. Responsibilities include instructional support, student monitoring, transitions, classroom assignments, emergency drills, activities, field trips, maintaining a safe environment, organizing materials, and reporting observations to lead teachers.

Provides applied behavior analysis consultation in public school districts. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, observing students and staff, analyzing and graphing data, preparing reports, designing individualized instruction, supervising staff, training teams, communicating with families and agencies, and supporting behavioral programs at school and home. Requires eligibility for the BCBA examination and completion of required safety and supervision training.

Provides school-based applied behavior analysis services, including functional and skill-based assessments, student and staff observations, data analysis, reporting, program development, and procedural fidelity checks. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, families, and outside agencies; supervises BSAP staff; develops schedules and data systems; presents findings; and delivers training on behavioral and instructional strategies. Requires BCBA certification and Connecticut behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain both within six months.

Provides executive administrative, operational, fiscal, and project-management support to the Assistant Executive Director for Technology and Operations. Coordinates facilities, capital projects, educational technology, infrastructure, vendors, purchasing, contracts, invoices, records, meetings, and cross-departmental initiatives. Maintains confidential information, tracks deadlines and budgets, supports technology implementations, and coordinates school building projects, renovations, and agency activities. The role is primarily on-site and requires occasional off-site and evening work.

Provides instructional, behavioral, personal care, and safety support to students with special needs under teacher supervision. Assists with IEP implementation, classroom activities, assessments, progress documentation, student movement, feeding, toileting, and behavior management. Communicates with educators, healthcare professionals, families, and support staff while maintaining confidentiality and participating in required training.

Provides executive, administrative, fiscal, operational, and project-management support to the Deputy Executive Director. Coordinates agency-wide priorities, schedules, records, projects, procurement, invoices, contracts, vendors, audits, compliance documentation, meetings, and events. Maintains confidential information and enterprise systems while supporting AI-enabled workflow improvements, employee technology adoption, and cross-departmental follow-through. The role is primarily on-site, requires occasional off-site meetings and events, and may involve work outside normal business hours.
