Coordinate seasonal product collections from concept through launch by managing timelines, samples, product data, and vendor communications. Maintain product database and ERP/Excel records, generate reports, support photoshoot layouts, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and provide administrative support to ensure on-time, accurate product launches.

Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking seasonal marketing initiatives. Maintain production calendars, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage catalog and advertising workflows, handle press loans, attend photoshoots, and provide administrative support to ensure timely, on-brand delivery of marketing assets.

Partnering with the CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst owns FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Analyze actuals vs. budget, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, deliver insights to stakeholders, support long-range planning, and respond to ad hoc analytical requests in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Write and edit compelling copy across web, print, email, social, and product launches. Develop brand voice, product descriptions, campaign messaging, and seasonal themes. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, designers, and PMs, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and use AI tools to refine and maintain brand consistency.

Perform high-volume outbound calls and email follow-up to reactivate dormant design and retail accounts, build a sales pipeline, close deals to meet targets, provide product knowledge, process orders, and support trade shows while collaborating with sales and operations to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Manage and grow relationships with wholesale clients, handle orders/fulfillment, resolve product and service issues, process account adjustments, track samples, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ecommerce and fulfillment solutions.

Independently execute full-piece upholstery for high-end made-to-order furniture: prep frames, measure and fit fabric/leather/vinyl, install foam/padding, apply advanced techniques (channeling, skirts, nail heads), interpret CAD/shop drawings, inspect materials, assemble final components, meet quality and productivity standards, collaborate across teams, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Coordinate and execute email and social media campaigns across brands, maintain content calendars, manage creative briefs and deployments, analyze campaign performance, maintain marketing platforms, support events and on-site digital coverage, and produce recaps and optimization recommendations.
