Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for customers: administer identities (Entra ID), implement security and compliance, support migrations (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook), operate AVD, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead remediation while supporting service desk escalations.

Support shipboard and shore networking for Navy customers: sustainment, upgrades, installs, configuration reviews, troubleshooting, NOC support, IP assignment, and liaison with NMCI/DISA. Requires travel and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Support customer projects by creating documentation and diagrams, configuring and automating Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune environments, producing CMMC compliance artifacts, scripting automation, attending customer meetings, and using Scrum and AI tools. Begin with a 3-month trial with potential transition to full-time.

Provide systems engineering support for deployment, configuration, migration, and maintenance of a Dynamics/PowerApps Task Management solution in Azure and Office 365 environments. Lead installations, troubleshooting, data migration, testing, and documentation; act as technical escalation and SME for solution architecture; coordinate with clients and product leadership to support releases and roadmap.
