Provide systems engineering support for deployment, configuration, migration, and maintenance of a Dynamics/PowerApps Task Management solution in Azure and Office 365 environments. Lead installations, troubleshooting, data migration, testing, and documentation; act as technical escalation and SME for solution architecture; coordinate with clients and product leadership to support releases and roadmap.

Provides executive and office support by maintaining files and electronic records, coordinating travel and meetings, conducting research, and assisting with special projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently or collaboratively. Candidates need an associate degree or relevant experience, plus at least two years of Microsoft Office experience.

Administer project operations, financials, budgets, expenses, time entry, deliverables, invoicing, collections, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders. Prepare project status reports, process travel expenses, maintain project records, and develop policies and procedures supporting compliance. The role requires coordinating multiple projects, improving operational processes, standardizing or automating tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely project administration.

Design, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/wireless/data center networks. Administer NetScout and Gigamon visibility solutions, analyze packet captures, troubleshoot performance and application issues, support routing/switching and security technologies, and collaborate with security and cloud teams to ensure high availability and observability.
