Manage and grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and contracts, negotiate and close deals, collaborate with internal teams, meet sales targets, and represent the company at industry events.

Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for customers: administer identities (Entra ID), implement security and compliance, support migrations (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook), operate AVD, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead remediation while supporting service desk escalations.

Support shipboard and shore networking for Navy customers: sustainment, upgrades, installs, configuration reviews, troubleshooting, NOC support, IP assignment, and liaison with NMCI/DISA. Requires travel and an active DoD Secret clearance.
