Manages global import and export trade compliance, including tariff classification, country of origin, customs valuation, trade agreements, licensing, denied-party screening, documentation, audits, and duty savings. Coordinates with legal, supply chain, procurement, logistics, brokers, suppliers, and international affiliates. Develops compliance controls, policies, training, communications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting customs programs and regulatory adherence.

Designs, develops, tests, and validates electrical and electronic systems for snowmobiles, ATVs, and off-road vehicles. Responsibilities include 3D CAD modeling, wire harness routing, DFMEA, component and system validation, prototype building, engineering change documentation, cost reduction, tolerance studies, and project timeline management. The role also supports manufacturing, quality processes, service manuals, and continuous product improvement.

Develops and validates engine management systems for snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, and XTVs. Responsibilities include fuel, combustion, intake, exhaust, after-treatment, and turbocharger development; dyno and emissions testing; regulatory compliance; validation planning; project scheduling; prototype component procurement; cost reduction; and technical documentation. Requires an engineering bachelor’s degree, familiarity with engines or powertrain components, engineering and calibration software knowledge, and vehicle riding and evaluation skills.
