Source materials for new product launches and model changes, perform RFQs and make-vs-buy analyses, identify supplier cost reductions, support supplier selection/transition and quality/delivery issue resolution, collaborate with finance, and manage materials projects using data, problem solving, and lean concepts.

Support strategic sourcing and tactical procurement through data analysis, Excel and Power BI reporting, supplier performance and capacity planning, cost reduction initiatives, and mentorship of other analysts. Drive supplier roadmaps, contracting datasets, and operational improvements to ensure supply continuity and optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Support product introduction and continuous improvement by implementing Engineering Change Notices, defining routings and time standards, coordinating tooling/materials, optimizing shop layouts and processes, training manufacturing personnel, and analyzing data to improve quality, lead times, and on-time delivery.
