Lead client relationships as primary liaison and strategic partner; guide internal teams to develop creative strategies and campaigns; manage project planning, resourcing, budgets, timelines, scope, and profitability; create SOWs and client materials; partner on large accounts; identify growth opportunities; solve challenges and track industry and youth-culture trends. Develop and execute culture-led brand campaigns across social, community, retail, influencer, and IRL activations. Translate trends and insights into creative strategies, lead cross-functional teams to build execution plans and assets, craft briefs and influencer concepts, script social content, maintain creative excellence and budgets/timelines, mentor colleagues, and travel occasionally for activations and events.

Lead client relationships and serve as strategic advisor for national/global brands. Guide internal teams on creative strategy, manage project planning, budgets, scopes, timelines, and profitability, oversee client experience and presentations, identify growth opportunities, and drive agency-wide process improvements while staying current on youth culture and trends.
