Lead second shift sheet metal fabrication team, operate shearing and press brake equipment, ensure quality and dimensional accuracy, document inspections, enforce safety, collaborate with engineering to optimize processes, and train/mentor team members. Laser cutting and CNC router experience is desirable.

Create production-ready 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks. Translate concepts and architectural details into manufacturable solutions, prepare BOMs/cut lists, review and revise drawings for constructability, and collaborate with estimating, production, and project teams to support fabrication and field execution.

Perform accounts payable and receivable, assist with financial reporting and record-keeping, ensure GAAP compliance, support month-end close and financial analysis, and maintain accurate construction-related accounting records.

Install, hang, finish, sand, and repair drywall on walls and ceilings; measure and cut drywall; install supports; apply tape and mud; read blueprints; follow safety procedures; collaborate with contractors.

Manage and implement company safety and security programs, develop policies and training, ensure OSHA compliance, evaluate program effectiveness, recommend improvements, handle emergency preparedness, and prepare departmental budgets.
