Supports accounting operations including month-end and year-end close, journal entries, cash and account reconciliations, credit card expense tracking, accounts payable, vendor and customer setup, sales and use tax filings, business registrations, audits, and financial reporting. Maintains accurate records, ensures regulatory compliance, collaborates across departments, and assists with process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Lead second shift sheet metal fabrication team, operate shearing and press brake equipment, ensure quality and dimensional accuracy, document inspections, enforce safety, collaborate with engineering to optimize processes, and train/mentor team members. Laser cutting and CNC router experience is desirable.

Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks including shearing, folding, and press brake operation. Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality, follow safety protocols, document work, and operate or learn laser cutting and CNC router equipment. Communicate with team and work independently as needed.
