Six-month internship supporting Investor Relations across capital formation, LP servicing, reporting, research and investor communications. Tasks include preparing roadshow materials, tracking investor pipelines, assisting DDQ and quarterly reporting, maintaining databases, and responding to investor inquiries. The role offers mentorship and ownership of IR projects within healthcare-focused private equity.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; monitor financial performance and KPIs; produce management and board reporting; support cash flow, controls, M&A integration, ERP/BI projects; partner with operations to improve profitability and provide strategic financial insights.

Support the Life Sciences Tools & Services investment team across origination, diligence, execution and portfolio value creation. Own financial and LBO modeling, valuation, market research, due diligence, investment memoranda, and portfolio monitoring. Collaborate with advisors, deal counsel and management to inform investment decisions and support add-on M&A and board reporting.
