Six-month HR internship supporting performance reviews, training and onboarding content, HR presentations, documentation, process updates, and administrative activities. The intern will coordinate training suppliers and onsite sessions, update training plans, assist with evaluations, and collaborate with international teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo.

The Investment Associate will source and evaluate healthcare investment opportunities, conduct financial, valuation, industry, and company analyses, build integrated three-statement and impact-return models, and support due diligence, negotiations, portfolio management, and investment recommendations. The role also involves analyzing corporate finance transactions, preparing advisory reports, attending client and industry meetings, ensuring compliance, researching prior investment decisions, and collaborating effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Lead healthcare-focused investment strategy, source and evaluate deals, conduct due diligence, negotiate and execute transactions, manage and grow portfolio companies, and mentor junior investment professionals.
