Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of AI initiatives across ARCHIMED. Translate business needs into product requirements, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, drive adoption and change management, evaluate AI tools and vendors, and support responsible AI governance. Monitor KPIs, manage risks, develop support materials, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.

The Investment Associate will source and evaluate healthcare investment opportunities, conduct financial, valuation, industry, and company analyses, build integrated three-statement and impact-return models, and support due diligence, negotiations, portfolio management, and investment recommendations. The role also involves analyzing corporate finance transactions, preparing advisory reports, attending client and industry meetings, ensuring compliance, researching prior investment decisions, and collaborating effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Lead healthcare-focused investment strategy, source and evaluate deals, conduct due diligence, negotiate and execute transactions, manage and grow portfolio companies, and mentor junior investment professionals.
