Provides reception and administrative support for a parish office, including greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail, maintaining records and databases, coordinating appointments, meetings, sacramental paperwork, funerals, and facility keys. Supports parish staff, bookkeeper, and operations leadership while handling confidential information. Requires fluent written and verbal English and Spanish communication, office administration experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, and interpersonal skills.

Coordinates Catholic family faith formation, marriage and parenting programs, youth ministries, parish family events, service projects, communications, small groups, volunteer recruitment, and pastoral support. Builds connections among families and parish life, supports religious education, develops resources, and collaborates with parish staff, teachers, volunteers, and community organizations.

Provides on-call substitute teaching across classrooms and grade levels by delivering prepared lessons, managing student behavior, maintaining attendance and activity records, and supervising students during transitions, lunch, and recess. The role requires adaptability, a supportive classroom presence, experience with school-aged children, a Washington State Substitute Teacher Certificate, background screening, and Safe Environment training.
