Serve as the parish front-desk ambassador: greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, process donations and mail, manage scheduling, order supplies, coordinate volunteers, and support administrative tasks while maintaining office security and collaboration with staff.

Direct and coordinate liturgical music for weekend Masses and Holy Days: recruit, train and schedule choir members and accompanists; select music with pastoral leaders; support special-service music (weddings, funerals); maintain musician resource lists and copyright/licenses; develop assembly participation aids and pursue ongoing music ministry training.

Provide piano accompaniment and direct the volunteer parish choir for Sunday 9:00 AM Mass and occasional liturgies. Select liturgical music with clergy, rehearse singers and instrumentalists, prepare arrangements and psalm settings, recruit and develop choir members, and uphold Catholic liturgical norms.
