Serve as chief financial administrator for two parishes and a school, overseeing budgeting, accounting, reporting, internal controls, audits, payroll coordination, stewardship analysis, and long-range financial planning. Supervise bookkeeping staff, advise the Pastor and school leadership, coordinate with Archdiocesan offices, and support operational integration during parish unification and transition efforts.

Assist lead teacher in delivering preschool curriculum for children ages 3–5, support classroom management, collaborate with colleagues and families, participate in PLC planning and school programs (including potential summer preschool), and complete required pre-service screenings and trainings.

Provide piano accompaniment and direct the volunteer parish choir for Sunday 9:00 AM Mass and occasional liturgies. Select liturgical music with clergy, rehearse singers and instrumentalists, prepare arrangements and psalm settings, recruit and develop choir members, and uphold Catholic liturgical norms.
