Serves as the welcoming point of contact for parish visitors and callers while providing clerical and general office support. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing communications, navigating email and internet systems, multitasking in a busy office, handling confidential information, and using Microsoft Office 365 tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and compassionate interpersonal communication.

Leads the school’s fundraising, admissions, communications, marketing, donor database management, gift processing, reporting, and advancement events. Coordinates volunteers, committees, community partners, newsletters, social media, website updates, donor communications, admissions activities, campaign reports, and charitable gift records while collaborating with school leadership and the business manager.

Assists with administering the parish sacred music program, including selecting music, scheduling and overseeing musicians, directing choirs, recruiting and training cantors and parish musicians, and supporting music for weddings and funerals. Works with parish leadership to help parishioners grow in faith through sacred music. Requires Catholic faith adherence, knowledge or willingness to learn sacred music and choral direction, a music performance degree, and piano or organ proficiency.
