Leads delivery of complex Ministry of Transportation Ontario projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, schedules, costs, quality, risks, safety, and client expectations. Supports MTO practice growth through stakeholder and client relationship management, business development, proposals, and bidding. Provides consultancy and engineering solutions, coordinates resources across offices, mentors project staff, supports recruitment, and drives continuous improvement in project delivery standards and processes.

Lead and deliver risk and value management across project lifecycles: facilitate workshops, maintain risk registers, build quantitative cost and schedule risk models, provide probabilistic forecasts and reporting, advise on mitigation and commercial implications, support governance and coach junior staff while improving tools and processes.

Design highway and rail bridges using structural analysis and design tools; prepare and check drawings, reports, quantities and reinforcement schedules; apply FEA and grillage models; collaborate with project leads, manage timelines/budgets/safety, and use BIM and design/drafting software to deliver multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
