Prepare and submit client invoices per contract terms, compile backup documentation, manage Oracle contract and invoice records, upload invoices to client portals, monitor invoice/status reports, resolve billing issues, and support audits. Coordinate with project teams, Cash Receipts, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely, accurate billing while meeting strict finance and client deadlines.

Lead and deliver global sustainable procurement and supply-risk programmes. Embed sustainability and risk practices into sourcing, supplier management and procurement processes; develop governance and implementation plans; perform ESG and risk analysis; support regulatory and supplier ESG requirements; monitor programme performance and engage stakeholders to drive adoption across regions.

Support delivery of construction and built-environment projects: assist senior staff, manage project information, communicate with clients, monitor progress, ensure timely accurate outputs, and develop client relationships under mentor supervision.
