Leads Arcadis’ global organic social media strategy, channel governance, performance measurement, reputation management, and integration with brand, communications, and demand-generation programs. Oversees global social channels, stakeholder relationships, external platform partnerships, operational delivery, reporting, and team capability development. Advises senior leaders, manages social risk, develops enablement frameworks, and drives audience engagement, digital growth, and social selling across global markets.

Leads large, complex multidisciplinary infrastructure and built-environment projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, contracts, and performance. Oversees project managers, coordinators, and schedulers; manages client and partner relationships; supports proposals, financial forecasting, project controls, governance, and conflict resolution. Coordinates architecture, engineering, environmental, infrastructure, and project-controls teams while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

Leads business development and market expansion for Arcadis’s Claims, Disputes, and Change Management practice across the Western United States. Builds relationships with infrastructure and construction stakeholders, identifies opportunities, leads strategic pursuits and proposals, partners with subject matter experts, and drives revenue growth. Requires extensive experience in construction, infrastructure, claims consulting, project controls, dispute resolution, or related advisory services.
