Manage day-to-day operations of a cold storage warehouse including inventory movement, employee scheduling, safety and security programs, KPI performance analysis, labor forecasting, cross-department collaboration, and fostering a productive team culture.

Manage office activities at a cold storage facility, oversee customer service coordinators, set schedules, review payroll/shipping/production reports, handle high-volume customer interactions and credits, hire and coach staff, implement policies, support General Manager with accounting/reporting, and ensure WMS/Blue Yonder proficiency.

Provide on-site HR support at a cold storage facility including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, timekeeping, investigations, and OSHA compliance. Build relationships with leaders and employees, drive engagement and communications, and support learning and development as a trusted business partner.
