Manage day-to-day operations of a cold storage warehouse, including inventory movement, employee scheduling, safety and security programs, KPI performance, labor forecasting, cross-department collaboration, and team leadership to meet productivity, cost, and customer service goals.

Partner with facility leadership to align HR programs with business objectives. Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits support, training evaluation, engagement initiatives, communications, and OSHA/safety compliance for a cold storage facility.

Lead all accounting functions including monthly close, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, tax support, fixed asset management, ERP administration, banking and compliance, and support the CFO and finance team.
