Develops new business for cold storage and logistics services through prospecting, lead generation, presentations, proposal responses, and deal closing. Builds regional customer relationships, manages pricing and margins, updates Salesforce CRM, tracks sales KPIs, collaborates on customer onboarding, and controls budgets. Requires extensive supply chain, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or related sales experience and travel up to 75%.

Manage day-to-day operations of a cold storage warehouse, including inventory movement, employee scheduling, safety and security programs, KPI performance, labor forecasting, cross-department collaboration, and team leadership to meet productivity, cost, and customer service goals.
