Serve as the commercial finance lead partnering with CRO and GTM leaders to own revenue forecasting, quota-setting, territory planning, commercial metrics, dashboards, investor and board reporting, marketing spend efficiency, post-acquisition commercial integration, and ad-hoc strategic analyses to scale FP&A processes and automation.

Lead global total rewards and People Operations functions, designing compensation, benefits, equity programs and modernizing HRIS, compliance, and processes. Build and manage a team, partner with Finance/Legal/ELT, adopt AI/automation, and ensure scalable, locally compliant execution across global sites.

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, GL, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and month-/year-end close. Prepare financial statements and MIS, analyze variances, oversee payroll accounting and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI), coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements and ERP automation.

Build reports and metrics to measure customer health and company performance, support stakeholders with ad hoc queries, enable self-serve analytics, document data, mentor peers, and shape analytics team processes.

Lead and transform Customer Success, Support, and advisory/delivery into a product-centric, technical, consultative organization. Design and roll out a journey-based customer lifecycle operating model, establish single relationship-owner coverage, own retention/NRR accountability, upskill CSMs technically, integrate RMS delivery into CS as advisory, implement AI-enabled tools and VOC/health scoring, and hire/restructure to meet model goals.

Support Applied AI team by writing production-quality Python and optimized Snowflake/SQL queries to prepare and validate large datasets, run EDA, build evaluation datasets and benchmarking, and assist product managers and data scientists with experimentation, root-cause analysis, and ML/AI pipeline evaluation. Document and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Lead company-wide adoption of AI by embedding with teams, mapping workflows, and designing/shipping reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations. Build a champion network, codify patterns and playbooks, ensure governance and compliance, and measure adoption and time-saved to scale successful workflows.

Provide front-desk and administrative support during night shift: manage reception, phone/email communications, filing, inventory, vendor coordination, permit processing, invoice/payment prep, petty cash, and housekeeping oversight to ensure smooth office operations.
