Support sourcing and supply-chain operations: research and onboard manufacturers, request samples and RFQs, price products, design pricing/margins, publish product content, assist B2B sales/onboarding, and perform packing and quality checks.

Founding GTM Engineer will build a data-driven go-to-market engine: define ICP from large datasets, prioritize targets, engineer scalable outbound (email/direct messaging), surface and convert warm leads, and run performance marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram and emerging channels. Own acquisition through activation, conversion, and retention, combining data science, product thinking, and hands-on execution.

Lead research to invent novel vision-language architectures and training paradigms that enable models to evaluate product images (captions, aesthetics, market price). Drive VLM fine-tuning, dataset curation/augmentation, custom metrics, and deployment collaboration to production systems.

Retouch and polish product and AI-generated imagery to production-ready standards. Perform compositing, color correction, masking, background removal, and image cleanup at high volume while ensuring visual consistency and collaborating with design and product teams.

Architect and build ML systems for generative AI: design training pipelines, evaluation and serving infrastructure, train and deploy diffusion and LLM models, ensure production reliability, data pipelines, and set technical direction and quality standards across the AI team.

Lead and own Arcade's mission-critical commerce and operations platform: architect scalable microservices and APIs, manage order fulfillment and pricing engines, build reliable GPU inference infrastructure for image generation, and provide client SDK/integration layers. Work with executive and product leadership to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability as the system scales to millions of users.

Serve as the client-facing design partner from concept to live product listing. Consult, refine, and edit product and pattern designs; use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for hands-on adjustments; guide clients through AI-powered tooling and listing workflows; liaise with Sales, Account Management, and Product to escalate recurring issues and ensure timely project delivery.
