Teams at Arcade (arcade.ai)

Lead physical product development from concept through production by translating concepts into specifications, coordinating suppliers and manufacturers, reviewing prototypes, improving designs and processes, and managing cost, quality, sourcing, negotiations, and delivery requirements.

Create and execute social media content across multiple platforms, produce short-form video and digital assets, monitor cultural and consumer trends, support product launches and campaigns, manage content calendars and creative workflows, research creators and influencers, track engagement, and experiment with AI-powered creative tools to grow Arcade’s brand and community.

Lead research to invent novel vision-language architectures and training paradigms that enable models to evaluate product images (captions, aesthetics, market price). Drive VLM fine-tuning, dataset curation/augmentation, custom metrics, and deployment collaboration to production systems.
