Coordinate process optimisation, automation, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 audit readiness, health and safety compliance, facilities compliance, staff training, and sustainability initiatives. Map and standardise business processes, identify manual inefficiencies, implement workflow improvements using automation tools, monitor KPIs, maintain audit evidence, manage corrective actions, and facilitate continuous improvement across IT managed service operations.

Provides first-line remote and in-person IT support to clients via phone and email. Diagnoses and resolves Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, networking, and antivirus issues, escalating when necessary. Maintains technical documentation and knowledge bases, delivers customer-focused service, and participates in a 24-hour on-call rota.

Deliver Microsoft 365 consulting solutions focused on Microsoft Purview, data governance, compliance, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. Configure sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, records management, eDiscovery, auditing, migrations, and collaboration solutions. Lead requirements workshops, solution design, documentation, client presentations, and user training while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Provides onsite and remote IT support across multiple client sites, including end-user hardware, Microsoft 365, Intune, mobile and telephony systems, firewalls, networking, SQL Server, SFTP, and acquisition-related data migrations. The role manages starters, leavers, assets, security reporting, vendors, and technical projects while serving as the client’s primary technical contact. Regular travel between sites is required, along with a full UK driving licence and personal vehicle.

Provides customer-facing sales support throughout the sales process, handling enquiries, quotations, orders, renewals, CRM records, reporting, and onboarding coordination. The role liaises with customers, suppliers, sales, technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate information, timely updates, effective issue resolution, and strong customer retention. Strong organization, communication, customer service, Microsoft Office, and data management skills are required. IT or MSP experience and CRM/PSA familiarity are desirable.

Provides advanced remote IT support to customers and handles escalations from first-line engineers. Troubleshoots complex technical issues, maintains customer documentation and knowledge bases, supports junior engineers, and occasionally visits customer sites. Manages and documents Group Policy Objects while supporting Microsoft environments, cloud applications, virtualization platforms, networking equipment, and security requirements.

Provides administrative and process support across the sales team by processing orders, quotations, renewals, proposals, and CRM records. Coordinates meetings, maintains data quality, tracks renewals, prepares sales reports, responds to routine enquiries, and liaises with technical, finance, and operations teams to support smooth order handovers. The role supports multiple account managers without owning customer accounts.
