Provides first-line remote and in-person IT support to clients through phone and email. Diagnoses and resolves Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, networking, virtualization, and antivirus issues, escalating when necessary. Maintains technical documentation and knowledge bases, delivers customer-focused assistance, and participates in a 24-hour on-call rota.

Provide onsite and remote second-line IT support, resolving escalated hardware, software, operating system, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, Entra ID, virtualized environments, user accounts, and permissions. Support infrastructure projects, migrations, hardware deployments, and office relocations. Maintain documentation, manage incidents through resolution, assist junior engineers, and deliver strong customer service across client sites.

Provide advanced remote IT support, resolve escalated technical issues, maintain customer and internal documentation, and update knowledge bases. Support junior engineers, manage Group Policy Objects, and occasionally visit customer sites for complex or recurring issues. The role requires Microsoft server and desktop expertise, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Active Directory, Teams Voice, virtualization, and basic networking knowledge.

Lead the end-to-end development and roadmap of an intranet product using SPFx, TypeScript, React, .NET, C#, and Azure Functions. Integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI services, maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensure code quality and security, and guide technical decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders, customer success, designers, QA, and developers while documenting solutions and promoting safe AI-assisted development practices.
