Builds, configures, tests, repairs, and prepares laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment for customer deployments. Responsibilities include device imaging, software and operating system installation, diagnostics, asset tagging, stock management, quality assurance, documentation, and deployment preparation. The role also supports workshop logistics, project delivery, compliance procedures, and collaboration with service desk, engineering, procurement, and workshop teams.

Designs, installs, supports, and maintains complex customer and internal networks across datacentre, ISP, and on-premise environments. Owns network installation projects, provides escalated remote and onsite support, maintains monitoring systems, applies firmware and software updates, supports firewall, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and virtualization technologies, and participates in a 24x7 out-of-hours rota. The role includes customer site visits, technical input for sales proposals, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management.

Deliver Microsoft 365 consulting solutions focused on Microsoft Purview, data governance, compliance, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. Configure sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, records management, eDiscovery, auditing, migrations, and collaboration solutions. Lead requirements workshops, solution design, documentation, client presentations, and user training while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
