Designs, installs, supports, and maintains complex customer and internal networks across datacentre, ISP, and on-premise environments. Owns network installation projects, provides escalated remote and onsite support, maintains monitoring systems, applies firmware and software updates, supports firewall, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and virtualization technologies, and participates in a 24x7 out-of-hours rota. The role includes customer site visits, technical input for sales proposals, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management.

Provides advanced remote IT support to customers and resolves escalated technical issues through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Maintains customer documentation and internal knowledge bases, supports junior engineers, and occasionally visits customer sites for recurring or complex problems. The role requires Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft 365, virtualization, networking, and endpoint-management knowledge in a customer-focused managed services environment.

Deliver Microsoft 365 consulting solutions focused on Microsoft Purview, data governance, compliance, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. Configure sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, records management, eDiscovery, auditing, migrations, and collaboration solutions. Lead requirements workshops, solution design, documentation, client presentations, and user training while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
