Coordinate customer and internal IT projects from handover through closure. Responsibilities include maintaining Autotask plans and budgets, scheduling engineers, coordinating suppliers and customers, arranging meetings, tracking progress and risks, managing updates, monitoring costs, supporting Project Managers, and improving PMO processes and documentation.

Prepare and process accurate customer invoices for managed service contracts, cloud, cybersecurity, and project billing. Maintain billing records, verify charges against contracts, process credit notes, resolve discrepancies and queries, reconcile billing information, produce reports, and support month-end and year-end finance activities. The role requires strong organisation, numerical accuracy, confidentiality, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and finance or billing systems.

Provide advanced remote IT support, resolve escalated technical issues, maintain customer documentation and knowledge bases, and support junior engineers. Manage and document Group Policy Objects, troubleshoot Microsoft environments, virtualization, networking, and security-related issues, and occasionally visit customer sites. The role requires expertise in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Active Directory, Teams Voice, VMware or Hyper-V, and basic networking.
