Own full-cycle recruiting across Arc Institute’s scientific Technology Centers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closing. Build talent pipelines for life sciences, biotech, computational biology, and leadership roles; advise hiring managers, influence evaluation decisions, improve scalable recruiting processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role requires strong scientific recruiting expertise, stakeholder management, sourcing, closing, analytics, and ATS proficiency.

Conduct independent research on neuro-immune interactions and autoimmunity in neurological disease using human patient samples, CRISPR screens, phage display, immune repertoire sequencing, and computational tools. Design and analyze experiments, publish high-impact research, present at conferences, mentor trainees, maintain rigorous records, and contribute to lab operations and collaborative scientific activities.

Serve as a scientific and strategic partner to the Executive Director, synthesizing technical information, owning the directors operating rhythm, driving cross-disciplinary scientific programs from inception to execution, facilitating collaborations, preparing high-quality meeting materials and external communications, and handling confidential organizational and scientific matters with discretion.

Serve as Arc Institute’s strategic legal advisor, leading legal strategy for collaborations, partnerships, governance, compliance, regulatory, risk, and institutional arrangements. Oversee agreements, negotiations, business development support, legal processes, outside counsel, and a small legal team including IP and licensing. Provide practical counsel to senior scientific and operational leaders while enabling responsible institutional growth.

Lead People Operations and compensation programs, drive AI-native and automated HR workflows, oversee onboarding/offboarding and benefits, manage PEO relationship, deliver compensation benchmarking and cyclical pay events, partner with hiring managers and recruiting, and establish operational excellence and service culture.

Provide high-visibility executive support to the Chief Science Officer and Chief Technology Officer: manage complex calendars, coordinate executive travel, plan and execute offsites and team events, partner on communications and pre-reads, own scoped projects to improve team operations, and handle confidential information with discretion. Work onsite at least three days weekly and support two distinct teams with competing priorities.

The Postdoctoral Researcher will conduct high-impact research in synthetic biology and genomics, lead independent projects, collaborate across institutions, and mentor others in the lab.

The Scientific Program Manager Lead will coordinate strategic research initiatives, manage external collaborations, mentor junior staff, and implement program management frameworks in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The Postdoctoral Researcher at Zhou Lab will develop machine learning models for biological data, specifically in genomics and gene regulation, collaborate with experimental biologists, and lead research projects for significant scientific discoveries.

The postdoctoral researcher will lead projects related to metabolism and disease, study enzyme functions, and develop therapeutics, aiming for impactful publications.

Perform molecular biology and mammalian cell culture experiments (cloning, PCR/qPCR, transfections, NGS prep), run microscopy and flow cytometry assays, analyze and present data, maintain detailed lab records, assist lab management and resource ordering, and contribute to project design and troubleshooting with mentorship; intended as a two-year stepping stone toward PhD preparation.
