Serve as a scientific and strategic partner to the Executive Director, synthesizing technical information, owning the directors operating rhythm, driving cross-disciplinary scientific programs from inception to execution, facilitating collaborations, preparing high-quality meeting materials and external communications, and handling confidential organizational and scientific matters with discretion.

Lead People Operations and compensation programs, drive AI-native and automated HR workflows, oversee onboarding/offboarding and benefits, manage PEO relationship, deliver compensation benchmarking and cyclical pay events, partner with hiring managers and recruiting, and establish operational excellence and service culture.

The FP&A Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with budget owners to ensure alignment with strategic goals and drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes.
