The Research Associate II will conduct molecular experiments, perform screenings for neurodegenerative diseases, and collaborate on projects involving CRISPR technologies.

Develop, run, and maintain production-scale bioinformatics pipelines; analyze large-scale sequencing and multi-omics datasets (single-cell, spatial, Perturb-seq); troubleshoot sequencing runs; communicate results to experimental teams; manage code, documentation, and reproducible computational environments to support cross-team scientific discovery.

Perform molecular biology and mammalian cell culture experiments (cloning, PCR/qPCR, transfections, NGS library prep), run microscopy and flow cytometry assays, independently execute and troubleshoot experiments, analyze and present data, maintain detailed lab notebooks, and support lab resource management. Work toward publishable results and prepare for a future PhD.
