Oversee daily operations across a Downtown Portland apartment portfolio, including leasing, pricing, compliance, maintenance, financial reporting, and Section 8 paperwork. Lead and mentor leasing, administrative, and maintenance teams; manage portfolio performance and NOI; identify operational improvements; coordinate light rehabilitation projects; and collaborate with accounting, senior leadership, and vendors.

Senior regional leader overseeing a portfolio of mixed-income and regulated affordable housing. Lead and develop property teams, drive occupancy and financial performance, ensure compliance with LIHTC/HUD requirements, manage owner and agency relationships, and scale systems, SOPs, and transitions for acquisitions and lease-ups.
