Lead design and build of core parts of Maynard, own architecture for high-risk systems, turn prototypes into reliable production software, set standards for testing, deployment, observability, security, and reliability, and use AI tools to accelerate development while writing substantial production code.

Leads the company’s HR and people strategy across a distributed, multi-site workforce. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, training, manager development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, investigations, employment-law compliance, safety partnership, engagement, and HR analytics. Advises the executive team, manages the Recruiter and Payroll Administrator, supports employees and contractors across Washington, Oregon, and the Philippines, and helps scale people programs.
