Lead and coach regional property teams for affordable and mixed-income housing, ensure compliance with LIHTC/HUD regulations, drive occupancy and financial performance, manage owner/agency relationships, refine SOPs, and support acquisitions and lease-ups.

Provide remote support for eviction case management, prepare and file legal documents, coordinate with courts and third-party providers, maintain case records, track expenses, and improve legal workflows and reporting under paralegal supervision.
