Manage and resolve medical insurance claims and A/R denials by researching, resubmitting, appealing, and following up with payers, patients, and client offices. Maintain accurate patient insurance/demographics, report denial trends, collect and post payments, and participate in trainings to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
